Spatial Data Access Act of 10 February 2009 (Federal Law Gazette [BGBl.] Part I p. 278), amended by Article 1 of the Act of 7 November 2012.This Act serves to transpose Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE Directive) (OJ L 108 of 25 April 2007, p 1) into German law.
