How to use the video player

We offer a variety of multimedia content such as campaign videos, audio and video recordings and winning film contest entries on our website. An accessible HTML5 player supported by all common browsers is used to play these. Additional subtitles, alternative audio tracks and audio description may be switched on for some films. The scope of functions may vary depending on the medium.

Multimedia content is not played automatically. Start playback by clicking on the appropriate button in the video player.

The following features are available:

• Play and pause the clip
• You can skip ahead or go back in a clip after starting it.
• You can adjust the volume using a slider. You can completely turn off the sound or reactivate it by clicking on the volume icon.
• The progress bar: shows the current playback time and total length of the clip.
• Subtitles are available for some content. Click on the subtitles icon to the right of the progress bar to activate them and click on the same field to turn them off.
