Nature Awareness 2021 is the seventh publication in the Nature Awareness study series, which has been published every two years by the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection and the Federal Agency for Nature Conservation since 2009. The study series serves to examine the public's awareness of nature. In addition to observing changes in awareness through repeated questions, new topics of current nature conservation policy relevance are addressed. The content of this study focuses on the current crises related to nature: the ecosystem crisis and the loss of biological diversity, the climate crisis and the corona pandemic.
Good environmental and consumer protection policies are achieved when they are a joint endeavour. Get in touch with us, or get involved through one of our options for dialogue.
