This Act regulates the product responsibility of producers of single-use plastic products as referred to in Annex 1 as provided for in section 23 (1) to (3) of the Circular Economy Act (Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetz) of 24 February 2012 (Federal Law Gazette I, p. 212), as last amended by Article 20 of the Act of 10 August 2021 (Federal Law Gazette I, p. 3436) as amended.
